Where does Aarke ship to?

We currently ship to all countries globally except for Australia and New Zealand. However, if you are located outside of the EU you might experience longer delivery times, taxes or import fees.

What kind of shipping do you offer?

We offer fast and reliable UPS standard shipping worldwide.

Standard Shipping is for free to most countries when you order a carbonator.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and process your order.

When will my order be shipped?

Once you place an order, processing usually takes 1 business day. Then our carriers take it from there! You’ll get a shipping notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All of our orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden. Within Europe delivery takes around 3-5 business days.

You might experience a few extra days for delivery outside of Europe or during peak seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas.

My tracking doesn’t seem to be working.

Sorry about that! In some cases, the carrier will take 1-2 business days to register the shipment status for your order. If your tracking number still isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us with you order number at support@aarke.com

How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t love your Aarke product. Please reach out to us at support@aarke.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take it from there.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry, our packages don’t have return slips. Reach out to support@aarke.com and we’ll help you with your return or exchange.

What’s your return policy?

We offer free, risk-free returns for all orders. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number in order to place a return.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

Sorry about that! If you received something different from what you ordered, please contact support@aarke.com and we’ll be sure to get you the correct product.

Are there any glass bottles that are compatible with your carbonator?

In order to achieve the slim profile of our Carbonator, PET bottles are currently the only option. Glass bottles would need a protective casing, due to risk of explosion. For safety reasons, please only use our carbonator with the original PET bottle.

My machine has weak gas flow. What should I do?

If you use extremely cold water with your Carbonator, the water can react with the gas to cause a build-up of ice at the nozzle. To remove the ice, pump the lever up and down a few times without fully releasing.

Another cause of weak flow could be a blocked nozzle. While this is an easy fix, it requires some additional instruction—drop us a note at support@aarke.com and we’ll help you out.

If neither of these issues seem to be the case for you, check that the gasket is intact and in place. Instructions for locating the gasket can be found here. If your gasket seems to be missing, contact customer support at support@aarke.com

Which types of gas cylinder work with the Aarke Carbonator?

Our machine is compatible with AGA, Sodastream, Linde, SodaMagic, Vikingsoda, and other standard 400-425g/60l cylinders for sparkling water makers.

Please note that standards in Australia and New Zealand are different, and Carbonators sold in these countries are not compatible with EU, US, or Asian cylinders. For these machines, we recommend Australian Sodastream and Soda King cylinders.

Sodabär cylinders are no longer compatible with our machines due to their updated design.

My Carbonator isn’t making the buzzing noise anymore. Is there something wrong?

A lack of the buzzing noise doesn’t necessarily indicate that something is broken. Occasionally you won’t hear the sound due to heat, cold, or different pressure. If you still hear the safety valve opening and air releasing from under the drip tray, your water is still fully carbonating.

I can see water spurting from the machine, what does that mean?

Always be sure to fill to the marked water line on the PET bottle. Otherwise, the water could end up inside the machine. Over time, this might damage the carbonator.

Is there any way to increase the level of carbonation in my water?

You can pump the lever an unlimited number of times to achieve more carbonated water. We recommend 1-3 pumps for best carbonation results. Cheers!
